We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange you must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. On the bottom of the invoice will be a returns slip for you to complete the relevant information so we know what action to take.

We will issue a refund once it has been returned and checked. Exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued. We do not offer a free returns service, however if you return items for replacement, we despatch the replacement goods to you free of charge.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process international exchanges. If you are an international customer we ask that you return your item for a refund for the full price of the product excluding the original delivery charges paid. Once you have received your refund we ask that you place a new order for an alternative item.

Postage charges will only be refunded if goods are faulty, or if the wrong item has been shipped. Returns can only be accepted via post or courier, as we do not offer a collection service. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in transit during its return journey. Therefore, we recommend you use a tracked delivery service.
