You Haven’t Got The Size/Colour I want!
Once inquired about a size or colour you wish to acquire, we would be more than happy to inform you when we will next be having them delivered to us!
I Made A Mistake On My Order – Help!
No problem! If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can amend the details for you but not the delivery address. If your order has already been dispatched then we won’t be able to make any changes. However, you can return the unused item to us for a refund when you receive them.
How Will I Know When My Order Has Been Processed?
When your order has been processed, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add email@example.com to your address book so that we can get in touch with you about your order!
Can I Return The Item (s) If They’re Unsuitable?
We hope you love your new items! However, if it turns out that they're not suitable for whatever reason, you can return them to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
